I tried to buy my husband an electric airsoft rifle a few weeks ago, and found this great site online that had some of the kind that he wanted in stock. Unfortunately, I waited too long though and by the time I was ready to order it the company was out of stock, and sent me an email about it.

They said I could choose from the other electric airsoft rifles that they had in stock, and they would ship me one of those instead of the one that I had ordered in the first place, and wouldnt’ charge me anything else for the substitution. In the end, I got him a great gun, and the customer service was awesome.
