Mormon Doctrine contains the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Why, then, do so many people fight against the Mormons? If Mormon Doctrine is true, why are there so many negative feelings towards The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints? I strongly believe it is nothing more nor less than the devil taking strong hold of the hearts of those who otherwise are trying to be good people. Some churches see a threat in the Mormon Church because they have unpaid clergy. If people are converted, that means less money in the parishes of other clergy. Often, if people who are against the Church can just feel the Spirit, their hearts can soften.
