There is a lady who lives next door but i have never seen her going to work. She is always in her house or outside tending to her flower garden. I can say she has quite a good garden and that she could do some good business by offering her services to others who would like to have a similar type of a garden. it is much later that I realized that she had made an unemployment benefits payment request and it had been granted. that is why she could afford to stay at home and seem so comfortable. this made me feel the abuse that the scheme is being subjected to because here was a well baled person living off welfare when she could easily work.
