Drop Sets Work

This is a much used technique that will get you maximum muscle stimulation. Drop sets are usually used only one set per exercise, and it is normally at the end. You finish your last set to failure, rack the weight then pick up a slightly lighter weight do that one to failure, and so on. Its one of those great workouts for weight loss because it gets your metabolism reved up really high. This in turn will burn a ton of fat.
