Exercise, Routines and Workouts

One of the most renowned and effective ways to quit smoking is exercise. There are different types of exercises, routines and workouts that can help a smoker quit his vice. When I quit smoking, I tried to go to the gym and exercise my frustrations off. It felt good but I knew even then that it wasn’t for me. So I searched for another form of physical activity. And then I tried running. And it was love at first run. Running is like having the best of both worlds, when I run I don’t crave for cigarettes at all plus I get to be a lot healthier and fitter.
