My co-worker was telling me about the switch that she made to a new Texas Energy provider. She had been with her old company for the past year and was waiting for her contract to expire. She switched to a company that has been around a long time and truly cares about customer service. She said that she initiated the switch online and found the process to be much easier than she anticipated. She did not experience any interruption in service and the new company had the switch completed within seven days. Many of us asked her for the name of the company so we could look into it as well.
