My mom recently mentioned to me that she was thinking about starting a diet plan to lose weight. I thought it sounded like a good idea so I asked her which plan she was thinking about trying. She told me that her choices were between nutrisystem vs medifast. When I asked her which one she thought would be better for her she said she wasn’t sure because they both had great plans. Each one had great tasting meals and all the support she would need to help her lose weight. Before the conversation was over I had decided to try the plan with her.
